Housing prices records in Q2 2016
The price of residential properties purchased by households went up 10.3% both in Hungary and in Latvia. The third-sharpest hike was recorded in Austria. It was followed by the United Kingdom and Sweden. Prices practically stagnated in Poland and Slovenia. The prices declined with 1.4% in Italy. The largest decrease in housing prices was observed in Cyprus -8.9%. The statistics was published by the Eurostat.
